WP2183061 with this part missing would it cause the vent to frost over and make freezer run continually?

Hello Ronald, thank you for getting in touch. The part you mentioned is the air diffuser cover, and it could not cause the vent to frost over and make the freezer run continually. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the freezer door gasket, part number PS11740394, to solve the problem. A twisted or worn gasket can allow cool air to escape the freezer and warm air to enter resulting in the vent to frost over and the freezer running all the time. We hope that helps!
