Plastic holder was cracked and broken
I removed the Ice container, removed the two screws that secure the holder, replaced the broken holder with the new one, replaced the screws, and put the ice container back in place. Total time, two minutes.

icemaker Holder piece
Realy goo refregerator I been using for 5 years, now the icemaker holdere piece broke after 5 years and took two day to get the replacement part and fix two minutes is running again, happy customer.
