How do i remove the handle insert in order to tighten the screw beneath?
For model number KBRS21KABL10
Hi Robert, thank you for your question. You would just pop that part out of place on the handle. You can use whatever tool would be best for you but one that we could suggest might be a putty knife. You just have to be careful to not scratch the appliance. Good luck with your repair.
