The screws that hold the handle on the door are loose .How do I re-tighten them? And how do I remove the handle? Thanks
Hello Gerald, Thank you for the question. To remove the door handle you will need to slide it to the right and it will slide off the brackets. There will be screws in the brackets underneath you can tighten. Good luck with the repair!

The freezer door handle came off on one side. How do I re-attach this screw. This stainless steel handle does not have a location for a allen wrench, so I am thinking something must pop off. Which would allow me to re-attach the screw. Please advise. Thanks
