Agitator
Excellent fit, exactly what I needed and packaged really well. The time it took from when the order was placed to when I received it was astonishing was so quick. I will always be ordering from part select (when needed) and will be recommending to everyone I know.

Non agitation
It was so simple. The staff person recommended that I just YouTube it and recommended other options. As I said it was simple,
Everything I needed was in the box.
I removed the new part from the box.
I used the equipment needed to remove the top of the Agitator's bolt.
Removed the old part, clean the inside area.
Installed the new part which took some hard pushing down onto center piece and replaced the bolt in the casing.
Placed the top back on and done.

How to remove agitator
For model number wtw4815e1o
Hello Carter, Thank you for the question. You will need to remove the Dispenser cap on the top of the agitator and expose the bolt underneath. You will just need to remove the bolt and then pull up on the agitator to remove. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!

The agitator was replaced a year ago, and it is stripped again. With this model it doesn't appear the agitator is two piece with the "dogs" to prevent rotation. So with it stripped, how can i get the 7/16" bolt removed from the center once you remove the top detergent cap ? Thanks for your help !
For model number WTW4815EW0
Hello Roger, thank you for reaching out. To remove the bolt, you may follow the following instructions. These instructions may not be of the exact same model but will help you with the process. After removing the detergent cap, the bolt is located at the bottom of the agitator. Use 7/16 inches socket with long extension. Once the socket is on the agitator bolt, hold the tub while you break the bolt free. Once the bolt is loose, lift the upper agitator out. Remove the agitator bolt. We hope this information is useful!

Agitator is moving a little but not moving clothes around much. Washer fills, drains and spins as normal.
For model number CAW8350EW1
Hi JB, thank you for your question. If the agitator does not move properly, you may first need to make sure that nothing is stuck under the agitator. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the drive block, part number PS11741977. The drive block connects the washer transmission to the agitator. If the drive block is worn out, the transmission shaft will still move back and forth, but the agitator will only move slightly or will not move at all. If the drive block is worn out, stripped, or damaged, replace it. We hope this information is helpful!

Ordered replacement agitator that does not seem exact and won't fit over rod. Old agitator has smooth hole to slide on and off, replacement agitator has a notched hole and too is small to fit over rod. Please advise.
For model number WTW4815EW1
Hello Christie, thank you for reaching out. We have researched and found that the compatible agitator for your model is part number PS11765867. Install the agitator by aligning it on the drive shaft and insert the mounting bolt. Thread and tighten the bolt and insert the cap on top after it. We hope this helps!
