I unhooked circuit board for defrost and heater per circuit diagram as power would not stay on. Power now works. What part go with the defrost heater that hook into this circuit?

Does this defrost heater assembly, come with installation instructions or do you give information on installation.

What is the most common problem with the fridge not defrosting? Heater element or control board?
