My fridge is to cold. Temperature is set at 43*, I put an other thermometer in and it reads about 10* lower. Everything is freezing up when set to regular setting of 37-38*. Clean inside, clean seal nothing is blocking air baffle and door closes and seals. Any thoughts on what to look for or fix. Seems to be running fine.

Hello Stacey, thank you for contacting us. The most probable cause of the issue is a faulty temperature sensor, part number PS1527511. It senses the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control which then activates or deactivates cooling according to the requirements. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

Refrigerator beeps sporadically. No pattern, at first there was an error code of E7 but that hasn't shown up in weeks. We tried shutting off at the breaker for 20 minutes. Stopped the beeping for a while but it is back.
For model number FPRU19F8RFF
Hi Kim, thank you for reaching out. The E7 code indicates the stuck key on the control board. The beeping sound indicates a different issue, it includes the door not being closed, the temperature being too high, a defective door seal, the air vent being blocked, ice stuck in the icemaker chute, and the failure of the display and control board, part number PS12705248. We hope this information is useful!

You were kind enough to answer my question about my error code yesterday. I didn’t realize it, but it turns out whenever you push a button now all it says is “LO” the temperature in the refrigerator seems good, so I don’t know if it is still the control panel. Thanks again.

Hello Kim, thank you for contacting us. The refrigerator control panel is locked. You can unlock it by pressing the control lock button for three seconds. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance!

The temperature of the fridge stays about 10C but never below 5C.
The fridge does not start working at 4C (I set the temp at 4C), but about 15C. When it is working, the control panel shows the right temperature. The evaporator panel seems ok. (I changed defrost thermostat but it did not do anything) I cleaned Condenser coil and compressor does not give any strange sound.
What should I replace to fix this problem?
For model number FPRU19F8RFC
Hello Sarah, thank you for a very interesting question. According to our research, it seems that the issue is most probably with the thermistor, part number PS1527511. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

My refrigerator is getting too cold and freezing my food intermittently.
I have placed temperature sensor in the fridge that logs the high and low temperature. The fridge is set to 44F, yet the temperature fluctuates between 19-54F. I have already replaced the temperature sensor, no change. I have cleaned all the coils and checked for loose connections. The evaporator is not freezing up. I believe the next step is to replace the electronic control. Please let me know what you recommend.
Thank you

Our fridge no longer cools, the high temp alarm went off. After resetting it I tried adjusting the temp down, it was set at 34. Nothing I do seems to work, everything else seems to work fine. These are not made anymore so I really need to fix it, any help would be appreciated.

My parents Upright freezer, Frigidare model, the temp alarm is always on. The Compressor is holding the freezer at -6C right where my dad wants it. I cannot adjust the temp down anymore. I use the extreme freeze to test it but it stays at -6 all the time based on a secondary thermometer we have on the inside.
Question now is System Board or the Thermistor?
For model number GLFH21F8HWG
