Correct part, no instructions.
Was the exact part I needed. However, installation instructions would have been nice. I figured it out eventually after a couple of hours, but knowing what I know now, I could do it again in 5 min.

Ice maker not getting water?
For model number WRF550CDHZ02
Hello Herminio, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Water Lines to the Ice Maker to make sure they are not froze over preventing the water from passing through. If the Line is clear, We suggest testing the Water Valve. Set your multitester to the R X 1 ohms setting to test for continuity. Place each of the multitester's leads on a terminal. Your multitester should display a reading between 200 and 500 ohms. Closely examine your water inlet valve. The exact ohm resistance rating you should test for may be marked on the valve. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

How do I remove the WATER HOSE from the VALVE? The VALVE does not have a NUT or THREADS to attach the WATER HOSE. I an sorry to have confuse with wrong numbers before.
For model number GI6SARYXFOO
Hello Bob, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our research, the valve has compression-type tubing on it, so we need to press it on the collar and the tubing will pull out. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

August 10, 2023
Hello, I recently replaced my water inlet valve because I had a leak. The tubing had calcium buildup and so I ordered the valve. However, now the tube will not seat into the new valve. I think the issue may have been the tubing all along. That said, can I cut the tubing and try to get a better/cleaner part of the tube to see if I can get it to seal properly? Or, should I replace the tube altogether? What about a splice with a push connect union? I'm looking for options.
For model number GI6SDRXXY02
Hello Rudy, thank you for asking. Based on the understanding of the issue, we would recommend replacing the water tube, part number PS12745424, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
