Not sure why but on my Electrolux dryer (eied55hiw0), the limiter (137032600) is being replaced for the 3rd time (the dryer works fine for 3 months or so, then the heat goes out and the limiter needs replacing). Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
Hi Robert,
Thank you for your inquiry. If the air flow is restricted in your dryer this is the most common cause for the limiter or fuse to go out. Check the lint screen and the exhaust vent for build-up and check the hose for kinks or clogs as well. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Dryer ignitor comes on but will not light the flame
For model number FLCG7522AW1
Hi John, thank you for your question! If the igniter is glowing, that means that all your fuses and thermostats and the igniter is good, you have a gas problem. Make sure the dryer is getting gas from your house. If so, then your gas valve solenoid, part number PS470049, just need to be replaced because they are not opening the valve. Good luck with your repair!

Is this the correct part for error 65 on Electrolux dryer
For model number ewmed70jiw
Hi Josephine,
Thank you for your question. When the E65 error code is displayed, it means that the high limit thermostat in the dryer has tripped and shut the dryer off because the dryer has a restricted air flow. The tube that vents the air outside is clogged with lint and it needs to be cleaned. If your ventilation has a lot of bends it, make sure these areas are thoroughly cleaned. You may need to contact a professional to clean your vents. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
