No water fills in diagnostic test #2 denotes a de1 code, door lock?

Hello Manny, thank you for your question. The DE1 code is in reference to the door lock. There was an issue with the door locking mechanism when the unit attempted to start a cycle. I would unplug the unit, and wait a few moments before plugging it back in. If that doesn't reset the unit, and the issue continues I would recommend replacing the door lock for your unit which is part number WH10X10008. I hope this helps!

Started out the door locked...and unlocked for a while...now just a click near the door lock. i think replacing the door lock assembly is a good bet to change. error code on display is de1.
