Hinge for chest freezer. Does this hinge come in 2 parts: Cylinder and support structure.

Thank you for the question. This hinge comes as one piece, the part that attaches to the door and the part that attaches to the appliance. It comes as the full hinge assembly. Only thing you will need are the screws to attach it to the door and appliance part number PS1990949.
