washer timer stopped working & broken timer knob
Unplugged washing machine from wall. Removed screws from top of control panel and lifted it forward. Removed knobs. Unplugged timer. Unscrewed bolts holding timer and lifted the old timer out. Inserted the new timer in the slots and tightened the bolts. Plugged the timer in. Lift the control panel back into place and replaced screws on top. Replaced knobs. The White Timer Knob came with a clip in the same bag and did not have to be purchased seperately. Now I have an extra clip in case this breaks but I would not have bought the clip if the description for the timer knob said that a clip was included.

Part # wh12x1034 timer. My timer works perfectly except that the mounts have all broken off. Is there any way to buy just the bottom half of the box with the mounts instead of having to buy the entire timer. Because the mounts are broken it is extremely hard to move the dial
For model number WPSQ3120T5WW

Hi Newman, Thank you for the question. Very sorry but the bottom half is not sold on its own. We only sell the full timer switch. Hope this helps!
