Hello Steve and thank you for writing.
There is a possibility your water inlet valve PS7784018 might have become faulty, also make sure you used an OEM water filter PS3412266 replacement, before moving on to the main control board PS3408672. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

The dispenser will not operate and none of the buttons on the panel will work. How do you tell if it the control panel or the door switch on the inside that controls the door.Thank you
For model number ffhs2622msa
Hello Anne, Thank you for contacting us. You can test the microswitch with a multimeter to see if it causing the issue. To test the switch, set your multi-meter to the Rx1 setting to test your switch for continuity. You should receive a reading of 200 to 500 ohms. If the switch tests the correct reading, then it may be the control board. Hope this helps

The water valve sometimes stays open after removing the cup from the dispenser. If you open the freezer door the water shuts off without delay. Replaced the triple solenoid valve but the issue is still there. Will replaceing the control board help?
For model number FFHS2622MS3
Hi Robert,
Thank you for your question. If you have a stuck dispenser button, water will continue to dispense. This may be caused if the dispenser button is pressed too hard, or by a residue build up on the dispenser. Try pressing the dispenser button again to see if this resolves the issue. If it does not, try unplugging the refrigerator for 10 minutes. You should also check the micro switches and the dispenser control board. We hope this helps!

Every few minutes, my ice dispenser starts up on its own. It turns on the light next to the dispenser and pushes ice from the bin into the door until it overflows inside of the freezer. I checked the ice dispenser switch and it is not sticking, and the auger will stop turning once I open the door. Would a control board solve this issue? The board did get wet when I was clearing the water dispensing line when it got frozen.
For model number FFHS2322MWGA
Hi Isaac, thank you for the question. Based on the description you have provided, the issue could be with the control board, part number PS3408672. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
