Water level will not adjust like it did. Extra small load is like a medium size load. How would I figure out if it the switch or the water level hose.Thank you
For model number lat9706aae
Hello Melinda, Thank you for the question. I suggest removing the hose to the switch to be sure there is no suds and soap build up. In most cases it is a blocked hose. If the hose is good and no damage or blockage, you may need a new switch. Hope this helps!

Washer will drain, but will not start spinning to get the remainder of the water out of the clothes. I removed the front of the washer, pulled the hose off the drum (part 811). When i blow into the line you hear a click (i assume part 10 the water level senser) and then everything works for a couple loads. The problem comes back and i repeat the above. Is the correct part to replace part 10, the level sensing switch?
For model number WDRR2500K3WW
Hello Wayne, Thank you for the question. This sounds like a faulty Lid Switch Assembly,PartSelect Number PS5135698. The point of the lid switch is for the tub to stop spinning when the washer lid is opened. It is a safety precaution just in case someone decides to stick their hand inside the washer while the tub is spinning.Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Hello. While the unit is on rinse cycle, water level is loo low in order for the clothes to get rinsed. Thank you.
For model number mtap1100f1ww
Hello Cris, thank you for your question. The water in the rinse cycle should not be the same as the wash cycle, it will always be a bit less than what is in the tub during the wash cycle. We would recommend checking the owners manual to get an idea of where the water level should get up to. If the water is not enough during the rinse cycle, check the pressure switch, water valve, and the pressure switch tubing. Usually if the water level is ok during the wash cycle then those parts are working. The only other issue that it could be is the timer. I hope this helps.
