The plastic tab that the dial knob slides on broke off the switch.
The pressure switch came out easily however I had to get the control panel to lay flat to slide the new switch in place. I finally determined that you have to slide the panel to the left to get it out of the slots and thus lay it flat on the washer lid. Wish the washer instructions told you that. Part fit perfectly and is easier to change the water level than the original part. I think the original part was rubbing and that finally broke the tab.

I have a rinse cycle that doesn't fill up to the main wash level.
Replaced the Main switch.
Is this pressure switch the culprit?
Blew into the tube to clear any obstruction.
And blew into the switch heard a click. Is this a single stage or double? Cause I only heard one click.
For model number gtwn2800d1ww
Hi Doug, thank you for contacting us. According to research, the issue is likely with the pressure switch, part number PS3487295. If this is fine, probably the water inlet valve, part number PS11721803, is causing the issue. We suggest checking the valve and replacing it if needed. A dual-stage pressure switch is designed for use in applications where two separate pressure operations must be controlled by a single pressure monitoring device. A single-stage pressure switch is designed for use in applications where one pressure operation is controlled by a single pressure monitoring device. We hope this information helps!
