I have my ice maker on cubed ice and it comes out crushed, why?

Hello Luis, Thank you for the question. I suggest replacing the Solenoid, PartSelect Number PS3529155. This Solenoid switches the ice maker from crushed to cubes. If it will not allow the ice maker to switch then you may need to have the Solenoid replaced. Hope this helps!
