Easy Repair - worked as expected.
The part was in great condition. It took a long time for the part to arrive because Purolator lost it in their system. It should have arrived in 2-5 business but arrive 2 weeks later after 2 calls to Purolator and opening a trace on the item. After receiving the item, it was quick to install and makes the microwave look a lot better.

Tight fit but that might have just been my microwave
My old part was long broken and didn't have a lot of the tabs for installation anymore so it was hard to compare my old one to the new one. I did find that the new on had a bit of a lip at the bottom that pushed my microwave door out and prevented it from fully closing. I ended up just removing the 1/4" lip with pliers to get it to fit with my microwave door. That being said, it's entirely possible this is an issue specific to my microwave, as I could see the door having shifted over time with the old part installed incorrectly. Aside from the tight fit, the part showed up really quickly and navigating the website and making sure I had the right part for my microwave was easy and simple!

Replaced vent grill and grease filters
The repair was simple and easy. It required a Phillips head screw driver only. I Removed the vent grill and replaced it with the new grill there were only two screws that needed to be removed then refastened. Total five minutes. I also replaced the grease filters which took about a minute total time. I do many of my own repairs to my home and appliances .I've found your service parts delivery prompt and precise.

Vent grill broke when attempting to remove it to clean, previous owners had broken several tabs off
Removed the old grill. Then loosened the screws on the top of the microwave. Popped the grill in place and tightened the screws. it looks great, works perfectly, and we don't have to replace the unit that we were afraid might be the case.
thanks so much for providing these parts that saved us from buying a new microwave oven.

I had several broken appilances broken with parts to be replaced.
I had ordered the parts from Part Select and came with in a week. I ahd a Whrilpool microwave that had a door panel and vent grille that needed to be replaced and that was rplced with ease took less that five minutes to do. My Maytag refridgerator had it kickplate grille replace along with the pivot block that took all of about two minutes. The longest job that took about 5 minutes was my Whirlpool glass oven door that needed to be replaced, but that was pretty ease to replace also with an extra hand from my son. I just didn't want to break another glass door or I would have done it myself plus I was teaching him how to do self reparts.

Existing tabs on plastic vent grill had broken off
Removed screws holding the broken grill tabs with a phillips screwdriver
Removed broken grill and all broken tabs that fell into the vent area
Cleaned area where the new grill was to be placed
Inserted new grill onto the appropriate tabs and tightened the screws
BE CAREFUL as the tabs on the grill are thin and fragile when you insert the new grill don't force it into the slots, I used a knife as a way to slide the grill into place.

Unscrewed the remaining pieces of bracket slipped in new vent cover and attached with the two screws. Very easy since the web site showed where the vent attached. I saved over $60.00 doing this repair myself!

Vent grill was broken by a clean freak
Didn't realize this part had two tabs with reinforced screwholes in it. Those obviously had snapped off at some time in the distant past, and I had always removed the grille for cleaning carefully and washed it by hand and replaced it. The clean freak moved in and took this out WEEKLY and all the other tabs were eventually cracked and made the grille unusable; it kept rattling and falling out. When I got the replacement I noticed the broken tabs and replaced the item in a few minutes after removing the debris of five or six tabs and finding a Philips head screwdriver for the apparent screws (in fine shape, they were!) and tab remnants. Good fit, looks like new. Now hopefully the clean freak won't find my screwdriver next week.
