The Crisper Drawer Glass Shelf slid out of the frame while being cleaned and shattered.
The repair didn't require any tools at all. Just simply slide the new glass shelf carefully into the the frame and while holding it horizontally slide the frame back into the rails. This took less than a minute to accomplish. Very satisfied with the results.

Glass shattered
Don't ever tell your 11 year old to clean the refridgerator. Something will almost definetly get broken like the glass shelf, but luckily I had parts select which in no time assisted me to find the exact part. I ordered the part, it came quickly and I replaced within seconds.

Broken Crisper Glass
Very easy. Watched a video on your site prior to getting the glass replacement. Removed the crisper drawers. Placed the glass in the front and placed it down. Took just a few minutes. Love your site and will come back again when needed. Thank-you.

broken glass on top of crispers
Since the glass was broken and gone I just had to slide the new glass on top of the crispers. This was not really a repair, just an exchange of new for the old.

Crisper glass shelf installed
Just like the video , just pull out the crisper drawers and slide the new one in. I also made sue that I had a quilt on the floor in case I dropped the glass shelf. Also if you are not sure of the model number you can try calling the store where you bought the appliance at which I had to do. I bought it at Conns and they just needed the phone number I used when I bought it.

I nees two glass inserts for the cripser drawer. Do you havw any optiona here. I notice most of the glass sold is one piece. My model has a divider Frigidaire fftr1814qw1

My crisper drawer shelf had two, square glass panels, not one. Your responses so far are for replacing a single rectangular glass panel. If i purchase the single glass panel plus the shelf to hold the panel, would the shelf fit my model?

So any parts you find underneath that model number are guaranteed to be correct as per Frigidaire's information. If you did not get that model number directly from your fridge I would suggest you get the number that came from your appliance itself. If you did get this number directly from your appliance then the part we list should work without any issues. Good luck with your repair.
