It’s the right one
Ridiculously expensive. Specially the 2 very regular, nothing special nails ($12 each)!!! .50c should be more like it. $240 for one fridge shelf is not normal. It shouldn’t have broken to begin with!

Water actuator broke
If you think you probably can't do this, you're like me... but you just had to try because you needed the part anyway right? This really was quite simple, a lot easier than it sounds from the description and saved me probably $75 I'd have had to pay a tech to do it. Just unplug fridge, yank that water spill tray out, yes yank, it's a bit hard to do that if you've not done it before. After that remove the 3 phillips head screws you just gained access to. Lift panel frame up then out. Disconnect wire harness plug and set that frame aside. Take out next screws exposed to free the unit. Tilt unit out and remove the two little screws and shims holding actuator in place. Remove broken one. Put new one in. Reverse all actions taken thus far. Plug fridge back in and have a drink of water like nothing ever happened. : ) You can do this!

Support rails holding meat tray drawer broke.
I removed the drawer from the support rails and placed it aside. I then removed the entire shelf that the rails were attached to. Each rail contained one (1) screw. I removed the screw, slid the support rails back approximately a 1/4 inch and they popped out. I replaced with the new rails, sliding them into place in reverse of how I removed the damaged ones & attached with the screw. I cleaned the shelf off and placed it back in the refrigerator, and placed the meat drawer onto the new rails. It actually took longer to clean the shelf than perform the repair.

Meat Drawer and Support Rails Broken
I pulled the shelf unit out and removed the screw that held in each side. The old rails removed easily and the new ones installed just as easily. I put the shelf back in and slid the new meat drawer in and it was done - much to the delight of my wife. Parts Select has a great website. It was my first time and I read one of these with the exact problem I was having. I ordered the parts, which came quickly. Everything easy and worked great! I'm a happy customer.

plastic guide rail broke
A plastic guide rail broke after the meat keeper drawer was left open and the refrigerator door was shut on the drawer, this has happened a few times over the last 6 years. We chose to change out both rails at the same time. We removed the meatkeeper drawer, then the shelf above as the rails are attached to the shelf. We removed the rails (one screw on each side. When the new rails came in, we replaced them with the screws. Super easy!

Too of the rail supports inside the fridge were broken
First I removed two screws per rail and removed the old rails. I replaced with the new rails and used a nutdriver to secure in place. This was extremely easy and I fell like my fridge is brand new again.

The meat keeper drawer kept falling
Backed one screw off each side of the shelf brackets, snapped old ones out, snapped new ones in and replaced the screw. Spend more time taking food off the shelf than it did to make the repair

support rail had broken lower slide
Could have done it with my eyes closed! Removed shelf and drawer, then removed broken support rail. Removed screw from broken rail and put the new, two piece rail together using that screw. Snapped rail back onto wall...returned shelf to fridge...returned drawer to fridge...returned myself to sanity! Yee Haw Easier than installing it was ORDERING IT. I was amazed by the ease of that process. Your ordering site is incredibly easy. By the way...I am a blonde and for blondes everywhere...Look at what I could do :)

Actuator broken
The first thing I did was unplug the refrigerator for safety's sake. Then I made a mistake. I peeled off the module cover label. All I needed to do was pry the drip tray off to reveal the screw that holds the Module Cover in place. I used my fingernails to get under the botton edge of the tray then lifted it gently off. Then I unscrewed the Module Cover pulled it away from the freezer door and unplugged the electrical connection so I could set the Module Cover out of the way. I removed the broken piece of the original Acutator by unscrewing two tiny bolts from two tiny plates. That's where the tweezers came in. As soon as I took those little bolts out, the plates fell into a place where I could barely see them, let alone get into with my fingers. Once all the tiny pieces had been retrieved and put somewhere safe, I inserted the new Actuator up through the opening. The Actuator has an arm that sticks up and pushes against a spring to open the water flow. You'll want to make sure that arm is in front of the spring. The tricky task of screwing those two tiny plates back in took a while and a little swearing, since they now had pressure against them from the spring, but I was able to get it done with the help of a magnetized screwdriver. Then it was just a matter of plugging the electric cord back into the Module Cover and screwing the cover back into place, replacing the drip tray and sticking the label back on. The repair wasn't difficult it was just an extremely small space in which to work. The Drawer Support Rail and Refrigerator Door Shelf Bin popped in in about 30 seconds.

My fridge's meat drawer railing (right side) is 240356500. Does 240356501 work too?
For model number FRS3HR5HW5
Hello Hiroko,
Thank you for writing in. The two rails are different as one is for the left side and one for the right, the grooves would be opposite for the drawer to slide in. We hope this helps.
