I was worried when I received the package, as there was a puncture hole in the box. Luckily the element was fine. Placed inside the oven , screwed in the two screws and turned the oven on. Pizza tonight !

Oven will not heat on bake, only on broil?
For model number FES365ESC
Hello Sean,
Thanks for your question. We would advise testing the temperature sensor, part number PS820208, with a multi-meter to ensure continuity. Replace it if it shows no continuity. Check the wiring to the terminal blocks as well to see if anything is loose. If those are testing properly, replace the bake element.
I hope this helps.

My oven will not heat, does both elements need to be replaced
For model number 790.4568*, 790.4559
Hi Victor,
Thank you for your question. If your oven is not heating the part that fixes the issue the majority of the time is the oven temperature sensor. If the sensor is fine, there are some other parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the bake and broil elements, the electronic control board and the wiring between the parts. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
