Ordered wrong part
I ordered the wrong part. The gasket I needed should have had a spring. Giving 1 star but no fault of PartSelect.

Broken Spider Arm
We ultimately rebuilt this washer because I love it so and it was one-half cheaper to rebuild than to buy new! We watched videos and researched the repair and then dove in. Yes, we had to tear the machine down but really it was not that bad of an ordeal. It ended up being much easier than we initially thought but once all the parts arrived we fixed it!

Will this clamp work on this washer? The one that came with it is a spring with a hook that is too hard to use... the bolt seems like a better option. are they interchangeable? thanks
For model number Wm3575cw
Hello Zach and thank you for writing.
It is not recommended to use this clamp instead of the spring hook as the clamp can not be adjusted to the right tension to stay in place with the movement it can be exposed too. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
