bottom of the door handle had rusted out and fallen off, among other things.
I forgot to order all the parts i needed, and when I placed a second order for the remaining parts on the same day, PartSelect contacted me and asked if I wanted to consolidate the order and save on shipping. I thought this was very thoughtful. Anyway, the lower door handle was very easy to replace, I just cut the handle to the correct length with a hacksaw, put the new end cap on, and screwed it in. The inside shelf end caps were a snap too. Just remove the old ones and snap the new ones in place. Done!

Broken Door Shelf Suport
Our trusty fridge is so old that I couldn't find any replacement parts on the manufacturer's website. Thanks to PartSelect, I was able to keep narrowing down my request until I found an illustration of a part that matched my dimensions exactly. Delivery was FAST. Within 10 minutes I had the old duct-taped shelf support gone and a perfect replacement part installed. Looks like new! I may be a 67-year old grandmother, but a pro couldn't have done it any faster or better. Thanks so much for your excellent website and prompt delivery!

Shelf End Cap broke
This Job is a brease - less than 5 minutes.
Be carelful not to bend metal shelf rail -
Remove broken end cap and slide out metal rail.
You can clean parts before reinstalling.
I recommend slightly squeezing rail before reinstalling to tighten the contact points with plastic end caps.
slide metal rail into end caps (they should snap if contact is right) and secure with sticky tape (sticky tape is supplied with pair of end caps).
Reinstall rail with endcaps attached.
I even have one extra end cap left for another repair if neccessary!

Trim was missing on refrigerator door
I purchased the refrigerator at an auction and one piece of trim along the inside of one door shelf was missing. I logged on to the website with the refrigerator model number and within minutes located the correct pieces and had them on order. The pieces arrived within 2 days. The trim had to be cut to size but was not difficult to install. I know where to look for any future applicance parts.

New Rental, Door Bar Broken
Just moved into a new rental home and a few days in the bar that holds all the stuff -- milk containers, juice jugs, etc. -- in the refridge door falls off. The old tenants had "fixed" it with tape on one side and paint stirrers and caulk on the other side. (No kidding -- a real overkill job they did).
I looked up the model number online and found this site and promptly ordered the parts for $6 plus shipping. The parts came and snapped right in perfectly. Took only a minute.
I really only had to use pliers to pull out the oodles of hard swirly caulk from the slots in the door left from the overkill job by the previous tenants.
PartsSelect is awesome! The site makes it easy to look for the part you want and the parts were perfect -- No more stuff falling out the fridge door.
PS. This form made me select the age of the appliance. I really have no idea since I just moved in and it was already here.

Every time we opened the fridge everything in the door shelf would fall out
This website saved my marriage. For the past two years, every time we would open the fridge everything in the door shelves would fall all over the floor. This was not only embarassing when we would have family and friends over but I really got tired of my wife yelling every time she would open up the fridge. I tried every type of glue and repairs to try and fix it, finally gave up and thought the only way I would find peace at home was to purchase a new fridge. I accidently stumbled across your website and before I knew it and about $6 later my life improved more than you can imagine. The best part was how easy it was to find the part I needed with the detailed pictures you have. The part was shipped fast and very easy to install. I will definately use partselect again. Thanks!
