shipped quick, part fit as advertised
Shipping was fast and the packaging was good, protective. It fit well and I have forgotten about it since - that's how it should be.

Part fit existing fridge as expected
Could have included a brief installation description. There are notches on the tray sliders to prevent accidentally pulling the tray all the way out which have to be defeated to withdraw the old tray and install the new one

Meat Drawer and Support Rails Broken
I pulled the shelf unit out and removed the screw that held in each side. The old rails removed easily and the new ones installed just as easily. I put the shelf back in and slid the new meat drawer in and it was done - much to the delight of my wife. Parts Select has a great website. It was my first time and I read one of these with the exact problem I was having. I ordered the parts, which came quickly. Everything easy and worked great! I'm a happy customer.

Over the years both the meat drawer and the lower crisper drawers were unfortunately left open when the frog door was shut. This of course made huge cracks and some shattered pieces.
It took me longer to make sure I was ordering correctly than to fix. When the box arrived, I simply unwrapped it, removed the items, washed them and put them into my 15 year old refrigerator. Perfect fit! I am very pleased.

upper meat drawer broken and not supported, slid out with every opening
Removed the upper shelf and removed the old broken right and left support sides and replaced with the new ones, screwed in beneath the shelf. Replaced the upper shelf that holds the meat drawer and slid in the new drawer. Wonderful to have a functioning part in the refrigerator that still works great.

Our meat tray comes loose and won't stay in place, although both rails are fine.
For model number 253-68892010
Hello Wendy, thank you for inquiring. It may be that the Meat Pan itself should be replaced, as there could be something broke off of it where it connects into the rail. The replacement Meat Pan for your model is part PS1526037. The replacement Drawer Support Rails are parts PS430916 (left side) and PS430917 (right side). We hope this helps.
