Cover template to clock control replaced
I had to replace the clock /power panel on the stove. It did not come with a face oover. Both installations were fairly east once the problem was diagnosed. The control part did not show a face plate not included, or needed. I had to reorder the overlay . The job came out perfect and my stove looks like new again.

The black plastic "wings" on the control board where the screws go through have broken off. My control panel works great but i've had to "tape" it to the front of the stove to use it - - it looks awful. Can i order that entire control panel?
For model number fef355ASA
Hello Kady, thank you for your question. The "wings" or mounting tabs on the control board are not sold separately. The board would have to be replaced which is part number PS977489. The overlay that sits in front of the board that have your selection options is part number PS439806 and should probably be replaced with the board. I hope this helps!

My controls are on the front of the range. How do i remove the "plate". The screws behind the knobs appear to hold the infinity switches in place. I realize the images are just representative, but they don't match my model. Thanks!
For model number 790.46992
Hello Steve, thank you for your question. There is a trim piece under the control panel that should be removed, then each side end cap on the control panel (or end caps first, then trim, depending on your model). Once those parts are off, the screws behind the knobs are removed and the control panel frame can be removed. I hope this helps!

I think i need the electronic board. It shuts off ... sometimes it will reset. now we have to tap on it and it buzzes and sometimes comes on. help
For model number FGFL77ASE
Hi Connie,
Thank you for your question. It does sound like it is your electronic board that is the issue. I would suggest unplugging your appliance for about 5 minutes and then plug your appliance back in. Sometimes that will reset the board and fix the issue. If it does not, you may need to replace that part. Good luck with your repair.

How to program control board?
Hello Kelvin, that is a great question. This part does not need to be programmed, just have to install it and turn the power back on. Hope this helps!

How do i determine if i need to replace the cover or electronic panel ?
For model number FEF450BWE
Hey Frankie, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and found that if the cover is damaged or the labels are erased from the surface of the overlay cover, then you may need to replace it with part number PS439806. But if your controls are not working, and the clock is dimmed, or not showing anything, then you may need to replace the electronic control panel, part number PS820812. We hope this helps! If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Thanks again for your great question.
