Water filter button will not release the filter when depressed. What should I do to be able to replace the water filter?
For model number MCD2358WEW01
Hi Susan, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, you may need to press the eject button to release the filter from the base grille. Push it in firmly until it releases. Turn the cap counterclockwise to remove it from the filter. We hope this information helps!

BUTTON TO RELEASE WATER FILTER WILL NOT GO IN
