The part replacement description says that if the resister is burned out that it's a sign of some other problem - what is the other problem? The resister on my control board is burned out thank you
Hi Orrin, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the interlock switch, PartSelect Number: PS11739429 and the Washer Pressure Switch, PartSelect Number: PS11739398 with a multimeter. If they are good then you will need to test the Tub Displacement Switch, PartSelect Number: PS11739324 and the Door Lock/Spin Enable Switch, PartSelect Number: PS11739335. Hope this helps!

Washer will turn on and you can set a cycle but the door won’t lock then it just sounds like it’s trying to drain then F6 and E3 codes come up. Washer only two years old. Have unplugged fiddled with wires nothing looks burned what do I need
For model number MHW8630HC3
Hello Anne, thank you for the question. According to our research, the F6E3 error code indicates there is an issue with the appliance control unit, user interface or associated wiring. We would recommend checking the control panel, part number PS12717540, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!

Washer does not stop filling all cycles, over flows on wash and rinse. Water stops when stop button is pushed. Replaced door resistors 6 years ago, replaced water input valve last week did not fix problem. Checked input water 75 psi, pump and spin work fine.
For model number MAH4000AWW
Hi Ken,
Thank you for your question. If the washing machine will not stop filling with water, you will need to check the water inlet valve and the washer pressure switch. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
